Sandar Aung Steber is an entrepreneur and philanthropist based in Myanmar. She is a Managing Director of Great Golden Empire Co., Ltd (GGE) affianced into the export of the best First European Quality Burmese Teak Lumbers and decking to shipping industry across the global and predominantly in the U.S. She also manages timber projects around the region and is responsible for controlling company finance related matters.
She is also the Chairperson for Steber Group Company Limited, a diversified holding conglomerate company in Myanmar actively involved in sectors such as: Investment, Manufacturing, Trading and Construction sectors.
She is a travel enthusiast and has great vision for developing the tourism infrastructure in the country. Hence, amazing ingenuity of thought was sparked back then to collaborate with Union of Myanmar Travel Association, (UMTA) and function cohesively as a leader to ensure a robust growth in the tourism market. Mrs. Sandar, believes the power of collaboration with different entities within the said demographic and globally will enhance the brand Myanmar.
Mrs. Sandar proudly pursed her wanderlust association with American Society of Travel Advisor, (ASTA) as a Vice- President of ASTA Myanmar Chapter. ASTA is the biggest leading global advocate for travel advisors in the United States.
She has also participated as a senior official to chair the meeting on women empowerment in ASSEAN region in Manila, Philippines in 2018, representing for Myanmar, Her deep passion for women and girls empowerment and gender equality so much that she decided to become Executive Committee member of Myanmar Women Entrepreneurs Network, (MYANWEN) to assist unfortunate women and girls in Myanmar and around the world.
She feels so privileged to serve as the Public Image Chair for Rotary Club of Yangon (RCY). Rotary is the community based international organization. She also serves on the 2021 District 3350 Annual Goal Committee for Girls Empowerment in RCY.
Mrs. Sandar is also current BOD and founder group of Singapore – Myanmar Chamber of Commerce Industry (SMYCCI) as a Hons. Assistant Secretary. The association acts as a bridge between Singapore & Myanmar in the corporate world. As good governance is very important to strengthen and support for Myanmar’s public and private sectors, she is an active member of Myanmar Institute Of Directors, MIOD.
Before returning to Myanmar in 2014, she has served at Myanmar Club since 2006 and was a Joint Secretary of Myanmar Business Association since 2010 in Singapore.
Mrs. Sandar holds distinctions in Global M.B.A through University of Thai Chamber of Commerce Industry in Bangkok.

Charles Aung Steber is a young entrepreneur who is the Vice Chairman and Group CEO of Steber Group, a leading holding conglomerate company in Myanmar actively involved in sectors such as: Legal and Business Advisory, Investment, Manufacturing, Trading and Entertainment. He further serves as the Director positions of SITICO Pte Ltd (Singapore), KGP Legal Myanmar Co., Ltd, PEAC International Co., Ltd and Great Golden Empire Co., Ltd.

His first taste of business started at the age of fifteen and started his first venture at age of 19. His experience and previous ventures range from consultancy, luxury lifestyle and furniture products, leisure and in trading.

Mr. Steber is actively involved in notable NGOs for youth activism in Myanmar and around the world. He currently sits as the advisor to the President of Global Youth Parliament an organisation dedicated to bring youth engagement and youth movements as well as an active member in distinguished organisations such as Rotaract Club of Yangon and is serving as the President and DRRE for District 3350 while also a member of Global Shapers Yangon Hub.

Mr. Steber has expressed his continual support promoting sustainable business and good governance. Featured on national and local publications such as Bangkok Post and B2B Magazine.
